Risk Assesment (Health and Safety)

Precaution
Cables on the floor pose a tripping hazard.
Cables are bound and taped to the floor.
Equipment, such as the crane, can be heavy.
Two crew members assigned at all times to
lift the equipment.
Equipment such as lights can heat
up and pose a fire risk.
Lights will be kept in a cool, well ventilated
environment and kept away from any fabrics
or flammable sources.
Equipment with gaps or fiddly levers
could trap fingers.
All crew members notified of finger
trapping risk.
Any leaking of fluid onto the floor.
Fluid should be cleaned up immediately
to prevent electrical damage and a
slipping hazard.
Electrical equipment could cause shock.
All electrical equipment to be safety checked
and used according to correct health and
safety protocols.
